$50K Richer: Winning Powerball Ticket Sold At Marlton Convenience Store

A Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was purchased at a convenience store in Burlington County, officials said.

The winner was sold at gud2go Food Store on Route 70 West in Marlton, the New Jersey Lottery said in a news release on Thursday, Aug. 15. The ticket was in the Powerball drawing on Wednesday, Aug. 14.

The winning numbers were 8, 9, 23, 29, and 62. The Powerball was 13.

Another big winner was purchased in the Garden State. A ticket worth $100,000 was sold at a convenience store in Laurel Springs.

No one won the estimated $20 million jackpot. The prize was reset after a Powerball player in Pennsylvania won $213.8 million on Monday, Aug. 12.

The next Powerball drawing will be on Saturday, Aug. 17 and the jackpot is an estimated $35 million.
